Full Version: Alertpay Registration Problem

I have been having a problem trying to sign up.

When I click "next" after filling contact information, it won't go to the next page.

The error message "The page cannot be found" comes up.

I've checked all the internet settings.

Can anyone help me?

Hello Sacchama

I will ask the tech department if there has been any problems related to the problem. Did you get an error code or was the page just not found? If the page was just not found what time did you try to register and also how many times.

I did not get any error code.
I have been trying so many times in different time.
With Firefox, I cannot even go to the page for filling contact information.
I get an message saying " the link got disconnected"
Is it something to do with my internet settings?

Hello Sacchama

Make sure you are going to https://www.alertpay.com/ to register for an AlertPay account. Also did you try with internet explorer? It could be that there are proxy settings setup on your firefox browser. Lastly what country do you chose and what account type before you get the error when trying to continue with registration?

Yes I have tried with internet explorer.
It looks like maybe it's something to do with my security settings.
I've tried everything, but I just cannot fix the problem.
The country I chose is Japan, and the account type is personal pro.

I did ping and tracert and the request got timed out.
I don't really know about all these technical things.
But maybe you could ask the tech department why the request got timed out?

I will look into the mater but I would require your email address that you use to login to your AlertPay account. You can either reply it here or if you feel more comfortable, just pm me. Also have you tried to access or create an AlertPay account from another place like a friends house or something? Give it a try and let me know. It may be that you are being a proxy and therefore having difficulty which in that case i'm sure we would be able to resolve that problem. Thank you so much for your feedback.

Thanks for trying to solve the proplem.
It looks like whenever I try to send my information, the connection cannot be established or gets distrrupted.
Because I could not send a question from "Contact us" page, too.
So I don't know what the problem is.
And I won't be able to try to creat an account from another place until this weekend.
Do you still need my email address if i don't have an account yet?

If you don't have an AlertPay account at the moment then I don't require your email address. I do believe that you are behind a proxy and may be experiencing difficulties due the the security system of AlertPay not allowing certain proxy server. Just to be on the safe side I would suggest you try to register an AlertPay account from a different internet connection and see if you are successful. Once you have created your new AlertPay account then let me know the email address so that I can assist you if you experience problems login in from your current location.

Ok I believe either you are behind some sort of firewall setup by your ISP (internet service provider) or you are login in from an IP that is restricted by AlertPay. Now to find out if your IP is restricted from AlertPay I will need to know the IP of your computer. If you do not know how to find your IP, there is a website called http://www.ipchicken.com/ where it will tell you in blue writing your IP address.

Send that IP to me and I will cross check it to see if it is in our band list. If it is not on our band list I believe you should call your ISP provider and notify that you are experiencing problems login in to AlertPay. In the mean time I will double check with our tech department to make sure that everything is fully functional.

I've just solved the problem.
My OS had some serious errors and that was the reason why I had that problem.

Hi, AlertPayalain! Tell me if there any problems to open a new AlertPay account from the proxy server? Maybe there are some limits conserning proxy server or their disposition...

Have you tried login or signing up an AlertPay account from a different location? Let me know what happens.

When i choose the type of account i want to create (i click on it) it lasts nearly 3 minutes to load next page, but then the page goes blank with text

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

I've got the same issues here. I've been trying to register for an account in my house from October 19,2008 but until now I can not register using my own computer and connection.

I tried registering for an account from an Internet Shop and I was able to complete my registration.

Now I am back here at my place, I can successfully log-in to my account but I cannot add a bank account.

Please help... sad.gif

The best way to receive support is to create a ticket using our Helpdesk at http://helpdesk.alertpay.com. I'm suspecting your computer might not have all the newest updates if using Windows, or you may have some malware. I would recommend scanning your computer for viruses/trojans/malware/spyware using an anti virus and Adware / Spybot / Spyware Doctor or similar tools.

The thing is even sending a ticket in the Helpdesk is inaccessible for me. I can enter the page where I will type my problems but sending it is a failure.

I got a hunch regarding malwares and the likes, but I already reformatted my computer and are all up-to-date. But still I cannot access my alertpay properly here in my computer. dry.gif
