Hello. I think the best course is trading. At first demo, then real. Only trading process can learn smth. I like to take part in traders contests. Its very unteresting...

The real test is on Live account. Even with 0.01 lot on mini account (1 cent) but the results will be with the real broker feed (peak in price targets hunt, etc ...).

Forex trading in my opinion is all about learning and practicing. Even if you lose some, you learn by your mistakes and you only become better (unlike gambling, for example!)

babypips.com has awesome tutorials with charts and graphs - very recommended. I actually started there myself and I have told a lot of my friends to go there.

I also suggest visiting forexexplore.com. There is a list of forex brokers that provide demo accounts where you can practice. The list is big enough to last you a year!LOL!!!
