Our goal is to have the ability to recruit with the system up some time in August as stated above. There is also the possibility of a shorter timeline, but again this will only happen if final programming can be completed and with proper testing and will only be known as we get closer to our dates.

The Current Compensation Plan for Global Verge will be slightly modified to what you will still find at http://www.globalvergecompplan.com/

For instance ALL Fast Start Bonuses are now illegal and so Global Verge will compensate with additional products where the value of the products will exceed the value of the Fast Start Bonus.

3X9 MATRIX PAYMENTS

Basic Package Earns:

QUALIFICATIONS for 3X9 MATRIX PAYMENTS

You need 1 personal to earn on level 1 through to 3
You need 2 personals to earn on level 4 through to 6

If you have personally sponsored 1 e-Associate you will be paid on the 1st 3 levels of the 3 x 9 matrix ie
In the Basic Plan this is potentially $1 x 39 = $39
In the Professional Plan this is potentially $2 x 39 = $78

However in order to be paid $39 or $78 the other 38 members will need to come from spillover from your upline and/or be generated from your downline’s growth.

RANK AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bronze requires 1 Active e-Associate
Silver requires 2 Active e-Associates
Gold requires 3 Active e-Associates
Diamond requires 3 Golds or 12 active e-Associates
Double Diamond requires 2 Diamonds or 20 active e-Associates
Triple Diamond requires 2 Double Diamonds or 25 active e-Associates
Diamond Elite requires 3 Triple Diamonds with $100,000 of monthly group volume
Executive Diamond requires 3 Diamond Elites with $250,000 of monthly group volume

GLOBAL BONUS POOLS: Distribution and Qualification

Every month money goes into the 3 Different Pools ie the Diamond Pool, the Double Diamond Pool and the Triple Diamond Pool.
$3.00 is taken from the $39.95 of each e-Associate on the Basic Plan.
$7.50 is taken from the $99.95 of each e-Associate on the Professional Plan.
The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.

Qualifications:

Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates.
Double Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 20 active e-associates OR develop 2 Diamond e-Associates.
Triple Diamond Bonus Pool: Personally enroll 25 active e-Associates OR develop 2 Double Diamond e-Associates.
NOTE 1. An e-Associate who is qualified for the Double Diamond Bonus Pool is also qualified for the Diamond Bonus Pool.
NOTE 2. An e-Associate who is qualified for the Triple Diamond Bonus Pool is also qualified for the Diamond and Double Diamond Bonus Pool.

Leaders EQUITY BONUS POOL Distribution and Qualification

The Global Verge Leaders Equity Bonus Pools offer a unique opportunity for individuals that are willing to achieve a level of excellence and consist of 2 Leaders Pools that are based on sharing the Net Corporate Profits of Global Verge (Based on Corporate Sales.)

Diamond Elite: Global Verge shall contribute 2% of the company net corporate profits to the Diamond Elite Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Triple Diamonds with $100,000 dollars of monthly group volume.

Executive Diamond: Global Verge shall contribute 3% of the company net corporate profits to the Executive Diamond Leader Pool. To qualify you must produce and maintain three Diamond Elites with $250,000 of monthly group volume.

The total amount of money in each pool is then shared equally amongst the qualified members for each of the pools.

MATCHING BONUS Distribution and Qualification

Matching bonuses are based on the monthly income of all your personally referred e-Associates.

Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 12 active e-Associates OR develop 3 Gold e-Associates and earn 15% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

Double Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 20 active e-Associates OR develop 2 Diamond e-Associates and earn 30% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

Triple Diamond Matching Bonus: Personally enroll 25 active e-associates OR develop 2 Double Diamond e-Associates and earn 50% Matching Bonus on all personally referred e-Associates.

SELLER COMMISSIONS

Seller commissions can be earned on e-Associate and retail purchases. Seller commission will vary from product to product and is generated when a Global Verge product is sold. The seller will get the difference between the wholesale and retail price. Some commissions will be one time commissions for a one time purchase and others will be paid monthly upon payment received monthly.

UP-LINE COMMISSIONS

The Coded Bonus is coded per product category.

A. 10% is paid into the Top Producers Pool
1. Diamond levels and above who also have sales in that product category.
2. Product category pool specific.
3. Top 20 Producers in each product category qualify.

B. 40% is paid as Matrix Payouts: This is paid evenly on the 9 upline levels by matrix placement.

C. 50% is paid as Coded Bonuses: All of the money paid out is divided in the following way:

1. The Enroller earns 30%
2. The 1st Qualified up-line Diamond earns 25%
3. The 1st Qualified up-line Double-Diamond earns 25%
4. The 1st Qualified up-line Triple-Diamond earns 20%

The Upline genealogy is permanently coded upon signup of each e-Associate. Once a particular E-Associate is coded to you for any of the above codes, all product sales are coded to you for life. The system will use the Enroller Tree and not the Placement Tree to find the qualified ranking levels. It is possible for a person to be qualified for more than one of the four coded payouts.

Example 1: If you enroll a new e-Associate and you are the rank Double Diamond, you would get coded to this new e-associate as their Enroller, Diamond and Double Diamond. Since you are not of Triple Diamond status this would be permanently coded to the next Triple Diamond above you following the Enroller Tree.

Example 2: If you are a Triple Diamond in rank and someone you enrolled (not a Diamond or higher in rank) signs up a new e-Associate, then that person would get coded as the Enroller and you would be coded as the Diamond, Double Diamond and Triple Diamond.

If you are coded to a person and are not active or no longer have the rank you were assigned the coded bonus for, then the monies for that bonus will not be paid that month (you can qualify the following month by attaining the previous ranking.)

Although there are 3 entry options, in order to be active in the 3×9 Freedom Plan Matrix and eligible for the Leader Pools and Matching Bonuses as well as the Retail Coded Bonuses, a person needs to upgrade to at least the Basic Level.

The $9.99 per month Introductory Package is primarily for people wishing to Retail the Global Verge products. Introductory members do not have to sponsor anyone to earn excellent commissions.

Anyone who signs up for the Introductory/RETAIL Plan will NOT have a replicated Website. However they will be able to login and see their sales and commissions at www.mygvoffice.com

The site www.mygvoffice.com is being used temporarily for current members to see parts of their Global Verge Back Office including their Genealogy.

In the future, Introduction/Retail Plan members will not have the Genealogy “View my Tree� or anything in their Back Office connected to the “HUB� Marketing aspect of building a residual income.

Anyone who comes into Global Verge on the Basic or Professional Plan will have a replicated affiliate site.

On the Tuesday’s call at: http://recordings.talkshoe.com/TC-21600/TS-146032.mp3 Mark said that the Global Verge Compensation Plan has been looked at again by two of the top Attorneys within the Direct Marketing environment and one of these larger law firms asked if they can be involved with and represent Global Verge

Mark said that every time he shows the Global Verge system to anyone .. groups, companies, consultants or attorneys, they ALL become really excited and want to be apart of what we have. This can only benefit ALL current members.

Things have taken a little bit longer .. Sure .. But Mark says that he now has the best team and consultants and that THIS WILL NOW BE THE WEEK.

Gas/Service Stations in the US and Canada are using various FREE Gas offers to build loyalty to their stations, so there are quite a few programs making use of these offers. After reviewing one of them (Pre-Global Verge's promotion) that looked very appealing, we saw that Global Verge's offer had virtually twice the value. Lending verification that Global Verge will always negotiate the very best offers for their members.

When I showed this to Mark he replied .. "We are only getting started and have more to offer than almost any long term company. You are right. Some are having fun, while others are pulling their hair out in frustration. For instance “Tree View� gives downline information using the traditional tree structure that most people want, as they are more familiar with a diagram like this than the “View My Tree� structure. However instead of seeing the current 3x matrix, the former 2x matrix is still there. This will undoubtedly change over to the present 3x matrix shortly.

The Xennsoft software will gradually align more and more to the Global Verge Business Model. But please try to understand why all is not “As it is in Heaven� just yet.

The Xennsoft people wanted to wait until the Global Verge Website was fully complete before launching. Inactive positions

After MARCH 31 ALL inactive positions in the Genealogy will be removed.

Yeah, this thing is crazy. I got in it last night. From what I understand the spillover will be amazing. I don't know if many of you know who Don Failla (sp?) is, he wrote the book "45 second presentation", this buy has built amazing organizations in the past. His last one he built had over 250,000 associates and growing by the 1,000's on a daily basis.

Well, he is now in Global Verge and huge in Australia. The kicker is that he is about 5 levels above me and my group! This will be an awesome ride.

Just came home some time ago from a meeting regarding Global Verge. Two great pieces of information. 1) the phones have been called iPhones on steroids, they are amazing with the ability to port 5 separate phone numbers to one phone, download at crazy rates over 100 Mbs from what I hear. Download movies at $1 a pop. Can use the phone to replace home broadband access with some additional hardware. A truly phenomenal product on an exclusive technology once reserved for the military.

Is it too late for ex-EVerge members to reactivate our old positions as of today June 23rd?

I saw some info online saying the April 30th cut-off date got extended, to be determined from the launch of the new phone system?
Which is now suppose to launch July 1st?

Also what is the cost of the phones?

From what I understand the cost of the phones will be less than MSRP. I don't think that you will be getting free phones which is one of the hooks normal retailers use to lock you into at contract.

Since there is NO contract and true unlimited everything, the money you save will more than make up for the cost of the phones. As far as I understand it, the phones will cost somewhere between $100-$400.

Now, the Pharos phone is truly awesome and a definate iPhone killer. As far as I know iPhone can't do video web conferencing.

The conference calls are a great resource.

Since I am on vacation I haven't been able to update as much.

One more thing, Brazil has been added to one of the countries to launch in July.

I don't know for 100% sure....tried calling Kevin Sunday but didn't find him home.

I don't know about you, but I never RECEIVED any email or any other contact telling me about acting soon or lose my position...but then I've paid, at best, minimal attention for a long long time, to be honest. But...the phone thing WAS my reason to stay involved before, so they've got my attention now.

I don't know your situation, but the bulk of the people I was working with in this before are LONG gone.....I have the op to get involved with a totally different and very active group now whereas I wouldn't if I reactivated my old position. So something to consider there is...would you be better IN your old position anyway?

If you go to http://pharosgps.com you will see the flagship phone line. If you go by their site there will be non-MLM companies selling the phones for example Amazon and DELL. The deal is the phone probably works on other providers but it seems to me that as awesome as these phones are you would need a provider like Zer01 to really show off te phone.

I'm not looking at GV to sell phones, I'm looking at it to build a business with the most cutting edge wireless provider technology. If I am able to get people to switch to my service with their phones and offer them the ability to upgrade phones at a later date then that's the service that I will provide.

I know this new 5G cell phone service has been hyped to launch July 1st, but everything Global Verge has done so far has launched months after it was promised and has delivered a lot less than what was hyped. Anybody know when it will really be available.

Can anybody explain how Global Verge can realistically offer "5G" technology when all of the major carriers do well to offer 3G? What kind of network exists now that could support such a thing? Sounds like another bunch of empty promises from Global Verge.

Anybody got any real facts?
