I'll try explain, seems you're totally new here.

Program admin (eg: 13dailyinstant) send $20 to monitor (eg: hyipscope) as monitoring fee.

monitor will invest those $20 into program admin site. So, monitor ISN'T invest with their own money (free deposit from program admin).

But some monitors are investing with their own money. (very few of them)

As long as monitor is doing its job fairly, I see no problem with taking monitor fees. But as long as its admin is doing job to share real program status for site visitors (including taking care fake votes, selective payments and checking forums if everything is still ok etc).

I dont know whats your reason for commenting like that since you dont know me and we have not any communication whatsoever.
Admin of this program never spend any listing fee or monitor fee on my site.
Making me as an example for that ridiculous rate, $20 for monitoring fees and $20 for deposit back. (thats not that way a monitoring site works..Monitoring site is not that lucrative)
I hope I get myself cleared.




Some programs do make payments for listing and monitor fees...but not how Oe_eO explains.
Most of the programs on my site specially the AS programs are OWN FUNDS.
I firmly stand on what you see on my logo.
Im not harboring obvious scam programs on site and you'll always see updated program status.

Jasmine, I'm assuming that at that point in time, the link to the monitors was not working. They were just pictures. It was stated by someone else that the admin had probably not added the code yet, just the images. This was on the first day of the site launching. As you can tell the links work now. I don't know how this turned into a discussion about monitor fees, but I hope I've answered your question.

When someone purchases a script,depending on where the script was purchased and
depending on the person that sets up the script they sometimes will add in the some
of the main forums and popular monitors so all the admin has to do is add the link
to the image if they use that forum or monitor.

Such errors in Neversay script are when LR API returns error, for example if during payment processing LR is slow or become unaccessible for a moment.
