Now, when I use pollitics like monitoring site and not earnd neither penny, I wondering, is there any program which could provide a profit at least 7 - 10 days?
My next question is: why monitoring sites like MaxHipp egzist ( sorry if I make a mistake in writting this word, anyone please teach me the right way ) if programs I writte before are on status PAYING?????
At least, could anyone show me the way of investing without loosing so much money because I have spend limits also?
Could we make anything to procesuite this scamers; for example send this links to FBI internet investigators? because, it is obviusly that they didn`t do anything than collect the money.

simple.you need to do research before investing.anything more than 105% ROI is simply unsustainable in the long run. you know,with 3000 you can buy government bonds that give you a nice 107% or more ROI over 6 months that is guaranteed,or set up a stable portfolio with a forex or stockmarket broker.
i advice you,take these hyip programs as a gamble on your money.those self proclaimed monitors are not a single shred reliable, since most of their earnings come from referral commissions when gullible fools deposit into these scam sites.as long as they can withdraw their refcoms,the scam sites are classified as paying.take a look around,you'll see that this fact holds true in most of the threads in all hyip forums.in short,dont trust these self-proclaimed monitors. trust your own research and the feedback from other 'investors'..er...gamblers you need to be less greedy too.theres no such thing as insane profits in the short run. even forex brokers would get average profits over the long run.whether you will finally open your eyes and see this hyip industry as it truely is is entirely based on your willingness to forgo the prospect of rediculous profits. for me,it took a loss of 70 dollars to wake me up.how much more would it take you? and yes,these scammers can be persecuted since ISPs are obligated by law to provide information to the police,which includes the IP that the person registered under. even if the person is using proxies,the IP that he uses from his home/office that is registered under his real name would eventually be tracked down.but is there a point in doing so?the amount of time and effort spent may not be worth it. in his place would rise 10 more scammers since there would always be people greedy for insane profits. sorry if i sound harsh,but i did not have the luxury of having someone to slap me about.in case your curious,yes i did make profits off some websites but they are easily wiped out. just like how that 12daily.pro shi+ wiped off almost all the profit i made this month.so what if they offered 5% refund? i cant fking do nuts with a 30cent refund.then again,i have only a small capital,of course i'll make small profits. pm me to chat more;)

as someone already said here, you can't be so greedy. If you choose a programme with extremly high ROI there's much bigger risk, that you'll lose your money. You must take it as a fact, investing is really risky business, even the most reliable company can SCAM
