If you have an account problem with IG you need to contact them to actually get some action.

If you are hacked with EG you will not get anything out of it.
If you have a balance limit on your account you can just open a new one.

do not have any problem about both of them, just saw many ppl dissatisfied with INTgold in IG column

Expectations. People have learned that egold doesn't respond to anything at all so they don't bother. It's anonymous and a free-for-all for better or worse.

With intgold, they have twice done a verification deal this year that was unannounced in advance and had people having to fight to get THEIR money back from intgold. They also are more active in freezing accts of admins and responding to phone calls so people expect a little more from intgold than they do egold.

egold is a helluva lot more widely used ecurrency than intgold so you'd naturally expect more complaints about egold but that isn't the case.
