How to fund moneybookers? Any local exchanger or local banks to do it?

You can fund it using your credit card. However, if you are planning to use it for gaming sites I suggest you trash the idea.
Moneybookers don't allow Malaysians to transfer money to gaming sites......lol....not their fault actually....it's our %#%@$@# governments....
