Has anybody had to contact Egold to get a new passphrase?

My computer decided to have a mind of it's own today and stop working 4.gif

All my passwords are kept in roboform which means that i have no idea what my passphrase is for my egold account. Ive just contacted egold for them to send me a temporary passphrase, but i was wondering if anybody else has been in this situation and wether egold responds to this at all, as all im hearing is egold has virtually no customer service. I hope i can access my account again.

If only i could remeber that censored2.gif password doh.gif

No idea.
Probably e-gold support will be helpless, as always.
That's why taking note of your password on a paper and keeping it in a safe place is a useful.

I had the same problem twice wink.gif, so I guess I can be called an "expert" (LOL blush.gif ).
Egold support should respond to your request in no-time.
Normally they'll ask you if you want to get a letter with temporary passphrase (sent to your home address, it takes up to 8 days) or speak to them on the phone (they'll call you).
