Well mobiles can only help us to get updates and signals when we are away from our PC. But sometimes it becomes a very good medium when the market is booming and we can contact our dealers for fixing deals.

Infact i feel it is as important as you PC or terminal. my dealer FINEXO provides me this facility through which i can call them anytime and make my trades. Finexo also send free market updates and tips for FREE.

I think its good for getting updates whenever you want www.efxco.com provide it as well i think its user friendly anyway

I'm using FXOpen's mobile platform on the LG KS20 phone. It's great for when I'm away from the PC to keep track of things. In fact, I adjusted a stop loss earlier today out in the middle of nowhere when I was surprised to get a 3G GPRS signal
I wouldn't use it for any length of time though as the advantage of having several large monitors to have charts displayed vs the tiny mobile phone display is too great to pass up. I do use it for scalping g/j if I'm left waiting for a long time while I'm out though just to pass the time

I've just started to use a HTC TyTNii with MT4 installed from forex-metal.com and it works great.

It's great for updating and managing your positions especially if you travel a lot.

However, when it comes to doing technical charting analysis, the screen size of the common mobile device really limits its functionality.

Only standard indicators are available. No way to apply our preferred custom indicators nor experts of course !

Yea very true. My broker do provide this facility but crucial only for updations.
