i am new to Money making, With online advertisements and other possible ways i made a little money in Paypal.
now after reading few thread here, i found PAypal is not counted for LYIP and HYIP.

Now please suggest me the payment Procedurer !! that Works for India.
(Actually i tried for Egold, but being an BSNL IP, i was not allowed to proceed further )
Let me know the Solution and also if any one could help me to exchange money from paypal to that PAyment System.

i'm not from Pakistan or India, but maybe i can answer to your question.. really nobody works with paypal.. and almost nobody uses e-gold.. more frequent than all use now liberty reserve .. similarly used alertpay and solidtrastpay..
as i know paypal forbids an exchange, but in the internet you find exchangers which do such exchanges

Let me tell you that paypal doesn't allow any kind of exchange but there are some people who successfully exchange paypal money with e-gold and other currencies. I'll suggest you to go with liberty reserve for HYIP payments solutions.
