One possibility would be using an atm card that the paysgold.com guys offer, it's anonymous and affordable, I haven't used it myself but some people have said it works good and it seems cheap. You can fund it with liberty reserve and then withdraw the money at an atm. Check it out:

Its not possible cause they don't let you transfer money direct to even US bank accounts.You need to use the service of the exchanger

Try to go around asking rates from different exchanger cause some offer very good rates and its almost the same transferring to a bank
