There is no such office belongs to PerfectMoney as quoted. It is offshore registered virtual office which forwards mail and phone calls. PerfectMoney is completely anonymous hidding behind banking system rules of Switzerland, See what happened to preivous ones

Perfect Money seems to be compeletely anonymous business hidding behind great "swiss" banking laws which will not disclose there information and having a "virtual" office in "switzerland" is not a big deal either. I wonder if PM understands that they need to provide a superior support to that of every ecurrency. I mean, right now we are asked to have faith in PM but we have no Live support when/if problems arise. And I read posts where people have problems and receive no reply for several days like the one I quoted. PM has everything...except exceptional support. That is the only thing they are lacking. Until they do this one thing they will only hope to overtake this market.

I wonder if there any hope that they will accomplish a level of support adequate to warrant accounts with 5,6,7+ figure balances?

PM is the best choice ecurrency to become #1 besides Liberty, but they have to provide a superior service with superior support.

If PM had Live support, and they actually took care of their clients, they would instantly become the #1 ecurrency hailed by all as supreme. There would be no question as to their supremacy.

Right now ecurrency itself is a medium to high risk. It won't be long until someone decides that this market is an extreme opportunity for someone to come along that knows how to provide service.

a lot of hype from a company who hides from everyone. Panamanian corp mean almost nothing. Swiss office means almost nothing too. If they folded they're gone with a poof. You couldn't find if you wanted. Not a very transparent company. Boils down to Trust Me only because I say so.

very true indeed. What concerns me is that on their page is a girl who is a "consultant" and her name saying Rebecca Smith. Of course I cannot assume things but my feelings are a little suspicious because the last name is so common and she doesn't even look like someone who would be named "Smith" Again, I can't assume but it looks strange to me. I agree that it only boils down to the trust part.

O, great. Just peformed internal currency exchange in PM and got charged transaction fees! No, I won't use this currency processor.

Stay a way from PM it is a scam. We send then bank wire weeks ago and they are just stonewalling us. They say they are working on it, that it take time, they have to check it manually and all kings of BS.

We did one wire transfer few months back and it worked OK. Some thing is going on with PM and they are not doing what they are suppose to. Almost, like they worked OK until they attracted certain amount of customers and now they are scamming them.

Stay a way from PM, and especially do NOT do bank wire transfer or your money will disappear.

On the website of PM they mention that we have to be sure before logging in, that we see the Green status bar in the address balk so that we are sure this is not a fake site...
But i don't see (anymore) any green status bar on any url i try out ! what about that guys ?
