I am new to MMG, but have been on another board for over a year. I just wanted to introduce myself and give a heads-up on a Real Estate investment opportunity I am putting together in the near future - in 3-4 weeks. The company and Real Estate is in Romania. DD is currently being done by a 3rd party.

I would like to take this time to answer any questions that anyone has about the opportunity.

Yes, I have been researching this for about 8 months while simultaneously structuring the business. I haven't been there since May and am looking forward to the full move there within the month. Besides working my arse off with the biz, I can't wait to do some skiing on the Carpathians.

It would be nice to have that Romanian person you met contact me and link up on site. He/she can be a testimony to the legitimacy of the biz.

Thank you for your inquiry.

The biz should finalize registration with the Romanian government by the end of this week. The bank account will be set-up shortly thereafter. I encourage international bank wire transfers. Private lending contract will be available for private loans through bank wire. An ecurrency opportunity will be available for those who like ecurrency and the anonymity. The opportunity is not available to US citizens. The biz will offer offshore services for clients seeking to invest through an offshore entity and bank account.

The next thing I will post is some general information and a web link with general, non-participant information. There will not be a lot of public information for perspective participants as it will be sent via e-mail. Participants will have a lot of information available on the login area of the website. When you see the information offered to members, there will be a paradigm shift in what "transparency" means.

Wow, I wasn't aware of the "non" US Citizen part. That's unusual, is there no way round this??? Even if I have an IBC? Maybe that's just because the SEC rules? Can you expound on that briefly, I'm sure there are many US citizens that will read this thread and may save you alot of time answering that question.

Thanks for pointing that out. We will not be registered with the SEC to sell the investment opportunity in the US or to US citizens. However, non-US entities such as IBC's, LLC's. Trusts, Foundations, and offshore ecurrency accounts are accepted to invest. If you are a US or any country citizen, you may wish to inquire about the offshore services we will provide to form offshore entities and bank accounts. Whatever business or investments your offshore entity engages in, is of a private matter.

We believe that a good investment is only the front-half of a great financial plan. Asset and income stream protection/preservation is the back-half of the plan.
