You can send support ticket and ask about when you can expect refund. I depends on how long program will perform this time and how much new spends will come in. Longer lifetime = more spends = more old members refunded.
But there is a risk also of not being refunded at all. IMHO public refund list should be done, so everyone would see when he can expect their refund approximately. Jacu
