Because the site is - simple.

The scam site 12daily.pro did not pay out its members as it promised, therefore the site is a scammer, run by a scammer.

99.9% of the programs presented on MMG are ponzis! I hope I will open your eyes to it if you don't know it yet! 12DP is not worse that anything else here and we will see soon if it pays in Round 2. Also the refunds to those who lost in Round 1 up to 50% were promised and some of the refunds had been processed already. I don't believe that screaming "scam" you will get your money back any sooner here!

No, you don't have to upgrade to receive the bonus. You only have to be upgraded to be able to withdraw it when it is added to your account.
