I'm just wondering if the list is backlogged or if it's just me they have forgotten to pay.
They used do a good job, but I've noticed they are getting slower and slower. I should think when a business says 4 or 5 days it should be 4 or 5 days. If they can't deliver, then hire some help or change the wording to say it will be "9 days or more".
When you expect a business to keep their word about the dates they will pay you, then you make arrangements with others to pay them on those dates and if they don't pay your word to others is mud.
Whatever happened to common business practices of honoring you word or contract?

Day 10 -- no payment.
I guess I'm alone in the universe here.
Allow me to add -- this is an ACH transfer payment I am waiting on. You know...the one that is supposed to be fast.
Ask for a check from now on if you are smart.

Stella sent me an email. For the past few days, they have been taking anywhere from 7-11 business days. I believe she said it's coming down to around 7 business days now for new requests. According to her, things should be better in a few days

Well, my STP check came quickly. I live in Jamaica (the caribbean), I requested a check on Wednesday 4/16 and it arrived to my postbox today Friday 4/25, so it only took 7 business days. I'm very satisfied with the delivery speed and the low $4 fee. Thumbs up for STP

Well I haven't been waiting for a payment, but I have been waiting for 8 business days for an ACH deposit to be processed for my account.
Sent a ticket on the 6th day, waited for the 9th day still no reply.
So I called the 888 number - mail box full!
So I called the 705 number - just kept holding til it said "we haven't received you reply - please leave your message." So left detailed message.
I received a return phone call within about an hour from Melanie.
She stated my bank had rejected transaction. We double checked my bank account info. They had made a typo of one of the numbers. She immediately completed my transaction - within minutes!!
Don't give up on STP! Everyone makes mistakes. Try calling and leaving a message at 705 number.
Hope this is helpful.

I really hate to add to this thread, but it has been since the 22nd of April that I am waiting on an ACH transfer from them. I emailed them 4 days ago and have yet to receive a reply. I tried the "705" number today and it said the mailbox was full. Tomorrow I will try the "800" number. If they are truly running 7-11 day then I guess I should be expecting it soon. I just don't understand the hold-up because it should be just a few strokes on the ol' keyboard or so to get this done. I am optimistic as I have always been treated well by STP... I guess I am just a bit frustrated at the moment.
Edit: I just wanted to add that I found a very useful thread over at ASA about STP (don't you just love the alphabet soup? It was started by Stella to explain the delays in ACH transfers. I feel a bit better now - but I am still anxious to have my $$$$.

I just open my personal account with them this morning, to pay for a chosen program... Made the transfer with CC, it is pending for 11 hours, even I did fill out all the forms. The problem is that most of the programs will hold your spot w/o payment for 24 Hours... Does anyone know how to get around this issue? Thank you!

Anyone else experiencing very long delays in receiving ACH bank transfers from STP the past 2 weeks? ACH withdrawals to my bank account used to take 4-5 days but now I am waiting 10+ days. I have been patient and not tried to contact support as I see they have been experiencing site issues but wouldn't think the site issues would affect ACH withdrawal times.

I'm waiting for an ACH withdrawal requested on July 9th. If you don't count the 9th. today is the 10th working day since it was requested. I think, also, that they should publish a list of the U.S. states that they are able to send money to and the ones that they aren't licensed in yet and can not send money to. Jim E.

my ach request was on 7/6, on 7/18 I got the email it was complete but still no money in my account yet. This thread goes back to 2008 with the same delay issue which is upsetting. I have my first check request in from payza which says done so lets see how long that takes. Once/if I ever get my money from stp I will try to avoid using them only as a last resort, everything about them has been pathetic, unfortunately we dont have many options which has got to be the only reason they are still in business, lets keep our fingers crossed.

Here we go, I got a response:
"We are so sorry for the unexpected delay on your ACH transfer. We discovered from our ACH provider that files submitted to them failed and that all ACH transfers through them (not just us, all their clients) are on hold until they can discover the issue. This has put all our bank transfers in a very long delay. After our server issues, having any delays is like pouring salt on the wound! As soon as we are advised, we will be resubmitting all requests ASAP. Your patience is extremely appreciated. If you like, we can send your funds via wire to avoid any further delays. If this is your wish, please email payments@solidtrustpay.com and make the request.

wow my first thought is what a load of crap that is, I mean the best they can come up with is all files submitted to their ach provider failed?! can you imagine how quickly that company would be out of business if that were true? no way, I dont believe it. Also if you ask me they are definitely still having server issues because their site is painfully slow. sorry but I've become extremely cynical based on whats been happening with them. Well thanks for posting their reply, I went ahead and requested my funds be wired instead so we will see. I'm guessing not everyone is getting the notice about the wire option because why wouldn't they just put a message on their website about the ach problem? If we get our money we will be lucky because I have a feeling stp's days are numbered so lets hope this wire works, thanks! please post if/when you get your money and I'll do the same.

update: well I received my check from Payza today, it was my first withdrawel from them and they said the first could take up to an additional 7 days for extra security checks but it still was only 9 business days total from my request on 7/15, not bad for a mailed check. so far so good with payza. good news with stp it looks like my wire transfer came through today as well! my initial request from stp was on 7/6 so that would be 14 business days not to mention all the aggravation involved all this time. actually I had initially requested a check from stp on 6/19 and they canceled that claiming no proof of address on file which is bs because i'm tcard verified with stp. bottom line with me is i will avoid using stp again unless 1.) i have no other option or 2.) i hear that things are back to normal with them.
good luck everyone!

Their bank is having issues trying to process ACH's right now. If you log into STP there is a little message in red that says they are lining up other banks and will let us know when it is accomplished. I did send them an e-mail requesting they cancel my ACH requests (3 pending) and send me a check but I haven't heard back from them and they haven't done it yet. Jim E.

They cancelled my ACH 2 days after I requested it then I requested a wire transfer, it failed, I requested another wire and its been pending for 5 days now. If still pending next week then i will open a new ticket on that.

Still have one pending from July 30th. and now my Aug. 13th payment from Zeek Rewards to NXPay hasn't shown up at NXPay yet.
