This is a real story and you must be careful if you are using Intgold for any purpose.
I used Intgold as my payment processor to receive and pay money online. One month ago, Intgold suddenly deactivated my account and now I cannot login and withdraw my fund stored in Intgold (about $180).
I emailed and asked them why they deactivated my account. They said I had not used my account for 6 months but I was actually using the account to receive money in the past 6 months (I stored the receipts).
And they asked me to provide many private certificates like driving license and open another account. However I doubt them and think they may use my identity for further scamming purposes.
I have emailed them to reactivate my account, initially they send me automatically generated reply and now even no response.
I have filed complaints in FTC and BBB.
Many people say Paypal will suddenly freeze account for 6 months but Intgold will even eat all your money! Be ware!

Hi,
I will be filing complains to FTC & BBB as well.
INTGold is the WORST Online Payment System I have ever used in 5 years!
They also gobbled the $250 stored in my INTGold and deactivated my account ignoring emails and calls.

If you are mad at intgold, why not complain to Texas where they are based and operate from?

I'm surprised to hear these stories about intgold. I guess I need to be careful with them.

Why do they keep changing their verification requirements? It's really getting ridiculous after awhile.

I've wondered that same thing. All done without any real explanations from intgold.

Has anyone tried using a service such as EMO or etradexchange to take money out of intgold?
