I discovered yesterday that a very popular hyip that is even posted here on MMG in the Investment programs ( non-hyip ) is not what it seems. I checked with the local Commission for Offshores in that country and their company has no license whatsoever to operate with money and financial products or forex etc.

So I sent an email to the authority that governs the offshores in Panama to check whether tradelite.com has any type of licensing for their activity. They should answer soon.

Here's some facts

Anyway, you found a HYIP that posted on this forum that isn't what it was. WHAT THAT HAD TO DO WITH TRADELITE??

In case if you do not know, I've checked the Tradelite trading records.
I've picked on of their Forex trading order, date, bid / ask price of the currency pair. I compared it to the charts in Marketiva of January and found that it matched 100%

Anyway, even when a company / HYIP does not have license, does not mean that it is ponzi or scam. They can impose as a company but trade for real as well.

For example, I'm the admin and trade members fund in stock market or forex. While in the mean time, to attract investors I impose my website as a company. What is wrong with that?

Of course there is risk. If these "companies / HYIP" lose alot in trading, they may not be able to run the program anymore and close.

Conclusion:
Fake company can be involved in real trading as well.
HYIP is not always real company, and a thin chance that it is.

Also, the program in your signature is not a company as well. Why you list it in your signature? The interest rate is EVEN worst.

I have no problem with hyips, they're all games and I take them as they are. But I get annoyed when people come and say that a program is a real investment opportunity just because they registered a cheap offshore company for $500. It makes people get false expectations and not be alerted. If they are well informed, that a program is just a hyip they'll treat it like they should, with care and understanding the risk.

And no, I didn't post on Hyip.com and do not try to convince anyone of the legitimacy of any other program,I simply posted some info.

You're wrong. You can't get annoyed because even a HYIP can be a real investment opportunity. And because Tradelite is registered on HYIP monitor, it is HYIP and investors should know. Everyone who invest in HYIP should already did their research before investing or else losing.

Do you know what HYIP monitors is? If you know, you should know that when a program register on monitor it is HYIP. So you don't have to post.

Also, I did not try to convince anyone or anything.

Not all are games. Some are real traders, just they lose easily and will close when not enough money, scamming the remaining money in the mean time.
Real investment opportunity is not by looking what company or whatever, look at what they're doing, not their "company" status. So, sometimes these people are right, don't get annoyed.

Also, your post can bring chaos to people who invested in a program. Think of what will happen with your post. I'm sure everyone knows, don't state it clear here or you'll destroy someone's m_ne_ . You know what guys.
