There's no fees for LR->SP. Its a good news. Those who are looking for a debit card can now fulfill their desire. But it seems SP (2%) has quite a higher fee compared to LR (1%, max $2.99).

Okay guys and gals, you have convinced me. After months of DD (reading threads)

Yeah, instant is really nice, although the profit is a little lower.

I'm puzzled, why only accounts outside US are affected?

There was a report of one account that was US based being affected. From what I have read, it appears that they did not have the function enabled that informs, via email, of an IP addy change. This is an optional function and apparently can be found in the 'edit profile' section, so it may be worth checking to see if it is enabled. I'm not sure about this, as I do not have a TE account yet...was just thinking of getting an account and reading round the forums when i found this. Going to wait now to see what TE's response to all this is.
