As was mentioned above I have the same problem. I contacted with LR and they said that their support department is busy and they will contact me as soon as possible. So waiting for LR now.
Estrella support and other mmg members say that it takes 2-3 weeks. Thats why I have reinvested all in Plan 1.

LR is still the most reliable one at present, they don't block accounts for no reason like e-gold and e-bullion. So, it is wise to wait until those blocked accounts to gain full usage. I believe hackers are interested in big programs and LR actually protecting these accounts.

I don't think this is LR system problem, it is more likely to be individual account issue. If your account issue resolved, it doesn't mean other accounts with the same issue will get resolved too.

IF they stated something like "processing time is GMT 1500 - 1700" and you receiving at 1800 now, you can say that they pay a little late now. But, they do not have fix processing time, and they process many times per day. From what I understand from Admin is that, the time of processing will be adjusted now and then according to the peaks.
