How we got here-Bad News and Great News!

We have been working brains out of whack now for several weeks trying to find us a cure,so here it is.

First the bad:
We were looking at what we called the $40K program. And some of you even got on the list of first starters. That is always a wise move, because as we all have heard, “the early bird gets the best worms.” But the bad news is, we saw a serious flaw in the program, so it is out. Then we looked at a program that was cheap to start, and as easy as ABC, but the numbers required to make it pay off was more than we wanted to deal with. Maybe if we worked that program as a team for 10 years it would have really paid off...but we wanted a program that would work much faster than that. Plus with that plan we all needed 8 referrals for it to payoff fully. So that program also got a thumbs down.


Now for the Great news:
We have found a program that we believe has the potential to do everything we want from a team opportunity.
First we want a program that has the potential to earn money for all our members. There is a great opportunity to earn at the very least, more than the cost to join, and in time (and not in a long time...as in years, but more like in months) you can earn many hundreds of dollars $930...more than one time.

And that will give us 30 more positions we can place to help push the next closes position through. Because personal positions are in the same matrices as Group positions...to move one we have to move all...get it?

We hope this is encouraging to you, it sure is to us. We do thank everyone for your faith and patience...you are the best! In a way we are in an easy business, but in another way it is very difficult. We could not allow ourselves to jump on to a program because the members might get nervous if we didn't do something fast. We had to wait to find the right opportunity, and we are soooo glad we did. And we think you will be also.

Yes, I see you as paid now. I was thinking that maybe the 2X2 is not forced but it has to be. I think what the problem is that David did not get the last team position GIB-3 paid for so it is being skipped. We are working at getting it paid before we put in more. As soon as it gets paid I will send Tammy the link. I will let her know what is happening.

It is only forced in the 2X2 itself, after that they go into your re-entry. I have been communicating with admin and he is checking to see if they can make it completely forced.

What I have been doing is changing the link in my signature which is going to difficult to keep up with. Until admin gets back to me as to whether he will be able to make a change I suppose what I should do is have everyone PM me for a link.

This looks interesting and I have a few questions before I join.

1. You are in the teambuild section of this forum, so I gather you are going to build a team and help your members, not just promote your own personal link?

2. If you are building a team, where is the team list?

3. Your comment above says, "What I have been doing is changing the link in my signature which is going to difficult to keep up with". So how do you plan on helping the people that join your team?

4. If I join your team, do I have to recruit or are you going to help me here?

My apologies Russ for not responding to your PM's sent earlier this month..haven't been online much, or to this forum at all in quite awhile.

Let me start off by saying that when we joined TTP, we were under the impression that it was forced, therefore our plan was to enter everyone under the first team position. There are three team positions that were put in before any personal positions. These team positions will be used to help TTP and CF positions move. Since we started entering members we discovered that it is only forced in the 2X2. After that they fill in the re-entry. This is going to make life difficult, bu it can be done.

I have been in contact with admin trying to see if they can make it completely forced, but it is looking like that will not be possible. I am going to see if there is a way for us to better be able to see where everyone is to make it easier to place people.

Now in answer to your questions-
Yes this is a team build as this is the way David always approaches programs so as to help the whole team move up. No we are not and never have been a team that only promotes their own links.

There is no list because we went into this thinking is was totally forced.

As stated previously I am in contact with admin to see if there is a way for us to have a better view of our team and where new members need to be placed.

Although The Gibson Team will be placing members we do encourage everyone to get at least two members. When there are only a few members at the top bring in people sooner or later the team simply runs out of fuel to keep thing moving. If everyone tries to bring in at least two members plus what the leaders are placing we will see constant movement. Remember, it only takes two.

The Gibson Team currently has about 3K members and this has not yet been sent out to them. Now I am not saying that all 3K will join us in this but we should have a good number of them join us which will be a big boost for those of us already in.

With all that said, anyone interested in joining us just send me a PM or if you do not have enough posts to PM post here and I will respond ASAP.

So, it is a teambuild yet we have to promote our own links - ok.

Since we joined this I have been in constant contact with admin after seeing that the 2X2 did not appear to be forced since members were not filling in down the line. During th course or our communication I have discovered some disturbing news that is not provided before one joins.

The 2X2 is forced to a point, that is it fills in your 2X2, then fills in your re-entry, not the 2X2s below you. Most importantly your downline does not follow you into the 2X5. I was appalled to discover this. I have never heard of such a thing. I am in another program named Residual Income Triple Matrix or ONE4All-All4One that works similar to this, the difference being this fact is stated right up front not kept from you.

I felt it is only fair to let everyone know how this program actually works so that an informed decision can be made before new members join. For a few former Gibson Team members, myself and a few that have joined from here it is too late, we are already in. Hopefully we can make it into the 2X5 and from there due to the way it is set up only hope for the best to cycle out of the 2X5.
