From what I understand, it is a personal sign up webpage, an Independent member sign up page called Troy Dream Team, not the main program TROY.

If you click on Read more on "Troy Dream Team" you open a new window displaying the member's independent sign up website. This can be confirmed if you look at the left bottom of the home page & see " This site is created by Independent Troy Partner"

From what I can find, this is an Independent TROY Partner's website asking members to pay first before TROY website accept payment.

I joined therough Troy Dream Team 3 days ago, and today
i have got 3 members in my downline.
