I was just wondering, what would you say is the number one thing on your site that generates you the most money?

Adsense? Affliliates? Or none of the above?
You don't have to give anyway any secrets or anything - just nosey!

other than that I'd have to say selling adspace is another... google adsense is ok but it doesn't perform all that well as more and more people become desensitized to it... That's why I prefer selling the adspace and getting paid on impressions, not just clicks.

Persistence!! Seriously, I don't touch any marketing method that I would have to pay for, i.e. PPC. So, I stick to stuff like content/articles.

The number one thing that earns me money is giving it away. Instead of charging for a product or membership fee, I pay back part of the money I am paid by a broker for introducing traders to the broker. The money comes from their trading volume so the more they trade, the more money I pay them.

I would like to just know roughly how much time is needed for a project like this, so I don't find myself too overworked, and how everyone is communicating.

I tend to use the net for about 1-2 hour(s) a day to make sure my emails are OK and let people contact me. I tend not to go on the net at home, but can freely access it from school, work and friends, which is where I normally am when I'm surfing the net.

for the next 2 weeks or so, I have tonnes of school work, but after that I have loads of time, and a project like this should occupy my my spare time , and prevent me from getting 'bored'.
