I had in plans to start topic in this section, but... I'm still working on my site and I think it is not ready enought yet But thanks for that very much

About monitor - it is my own project, all is made by me - scripts, graphics, database project etc - whole site. It took me a lot of time, but I think it is worth it.

And about adding program to my monitor - I am trying to add only best programs. In all of them except 2 programs already I invested my own money. I am considering adding option to buy listing, but I am still thinking how to do it to keep listed programs at some level - I mean to list only best programs and the promising ones. We will see.

If someone do not know how our refback system works, here is short guide:
1. If you joined under me any program listed, go to:
http://refback80.com/?act=request
and choose particular program. Click 'select program' button.
2. Fill all required details, like your username/id (you can find it in your reflink), upgrade date, upgrade amount, email etc. Than click 'preview' button.
3. Now you see your request. If everything is correct, click 'request refback' button and refback request will be send to me. If something is wrong, just return to the 2nd step and fill the form again.

You will receive 2 emails about every refback:
- just after request - to confirm that we received your request
- when refback is paid, with all details like batch etc

You can view your refbacks history also, just use this link:
http://refback80.com/?act=refback-history
and fill your email address. You also have history link in emails from us.

Please note, that all emails addresses are collected only to process your refbacks request and to inform you about them. We do not send spam.

it is due to DNS propagation. If someone see the maintenance notice, he/she see site on old server and have to wait till propagation will be done (or may try to clean DNS/browser cache).

SolidTrustPay refbacks

SolidTrustPay refbacks were delayed recently. It was because our account had limits, because it was unverified. We resolved STP problem already, all qualified STP refbacks have been processed. Since now, all SolidTrustPay refbacks will be paid as soon as sum of them exceed $2.5, which is minimal spend limitation for mass pay.

We modified also our refback system, as some of you probably noticed. We are paying refbacks to the same processor you have upgraded with. Currently accepted processors are: Liberty Reserve, AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, AlterGold, Perfect Money and E-Gold. When you request refback, please make it to the correct processor.

Comments system improvements

Recently we have improved our comment's system. We have now several new features implemented to track fake comments. We have no tolerance for paid voters.

You can see two types of comments if we have found it is fake:

• Spam/faked comment edited by refback80.com administration - it means, that program is blackmailed by people posting fake negative comments for it
• Fake comment edited by refback80.com administration. Program administrator is using paid voters or voting for its own program, what is not allowed - it means that we have found that program administrator is using paid posters to boost its program ranking. It is strictly prohibited.

As you may have noticed, we have found several programs that are using paid voters:

• NovalexFinance
• AsianInvestGroup
• MiddleEastOilTrading
• FloatingFastProfit
• FavoMarket
• PrincipalReturn
• CascoFunds
• PrismoFunds
• GearsOfProfit

Some of above programs have still paying status set - in fact they are paying. Their administrators have only wanted to boost program ranking in our monitor.

We do our best to provide you real HYIP and AutoSurf programs monitoring. It may be helpful too see which program use paid voters services. We do our best also to protect honest program administrators from being blackmailed by paid voters. We will edit every fake comment we find. Every request have been paid within 0-3 days from the request date. Please note that we are paying out the refbacks within 24 hours from the moment we receive commissions for you. So, when program administrator is paying us commissions with some delay, it may takes up to few days to complete your request. If program pays upon expiration, it may take even more time to do it.

Important refbacks update

Hello everyone!

As some of you probably noticed, we have some delay in processing recently requested refbacks. It was caused by our recent trip, where we did not have Internet connection.

I am back now (Jacu), but had some serious connection problems in recent days also. It looks like everything is fine now, so I will process all pending refbacks today. Because of the delay, we decided to process all delayed refbacks in full, so we will pay 100% referral commissions back for refbacks requested between 28th December 2009 and 7th January 2010.

Other requests will be processed as usual, within 24 hours from the moment we receive referral commissions for you. Every member who has delayed refback will receive also email notice about that. We are sorry for any inconveniences caused by that.

Program worked fine for me.
Refback was paid very quick and the contact to the administrator was very good.
When I noticed that I made a mistake with the form and sent him a mail, everything was solved within short time

Well, good thing you do still come back and post from time to time! For that exact reason it just came to my attention that your website exists. I guess you're the admin?

I've never been a huge fan of HYIP sites, but I must admit that I like your monitor very much! I'll check it out, and eventually I'll start using HYIPS again.
It kinda depends on my next pay check, haha
