Haven't exchange with SnapGold for quite a while, is it still doing the exchanges of e-gold?

haha, of course SnapGold & SwapGold are still around, operating 24 hours daily, even on public holidays smile.gif

Fill up order form and yet no further news, just an email on Order Has Been Received. I'm still waiting for email on how to proceed with the transaction for 4 hours already. Is this normal?
