Wire Transfers : $25 per outgoing wire
Does that mean if I buy something online and pay with my etrade saving account, i will be charged a $25 fee? Thank you

Wire transfer means sending money to account held at different bank then yours. If you send wire transfer within US have usually different fees then sending wire transfer to bank outside US. i was looking at eTrade's saving account plan.
