i was looking at eTrade's saving account plan. And it says
Wire Transfers : $25 per outgoing wire

Does that mean if I buy something online and pay with my etrade saving account, i will be charged a $25 fee? Thank you

No, you will not be charged $25 if you make a purchase online. The $25 fee is for electronic funds transfers from your account to another financial institution.

No, if you will pay with direct debit from account or by card associated to the account there will be no fees. Wire transfer means sending money to account held at different bank then yours. If you send wire transfer within US have usually different fees then sending wire transfer to bank outside US.

Wire transfer is a method of transferring money from one entity's bank account to the other entity's bank account.
