i was looking at eTrade's saving account plan. And it says
Wire Transfers : $25 per outgoing wire
Does that mean if I buy something online and pay with my etrade saving account, i will be charged a $25 fee? Thank you

Thank you No, if you will pay with direct debit from account or by card associated to the account there will be no fees. Wire transfer means sending money to account held at different bank then yours. If you send wire transfer within US have usually different fees then sending wire transfer to bank outside US.
