I think that people in todays surf world look at the time and pass it by for that reason alone. It is a sad sad sad factor that when there is a good admin that people still jump ship after a short while. and then they look back a few months later and kick them selves and think if only i gave it a try i would not have lost in that other site. but then they think the same way, like well its too late now.
