Thanks treebeans and BigBen07. It use to work for me also but this time it didn't. I was finally able to log in earlier though and hopefully I won't have logging in problems anymore.

From my experience here, when I upgraded I did not have to send a ticket, Troy will just manually add the upgrade and he emailed me when it was done. Just give him a little time to do the upgrade. It does not take long at all for him to do! and like I said that is from my experience. Troy is one of the best admins! Happy 4th to all the US members out there! Hi sarikor just LR is manual the best time to upgrade with LR is early in the AM.I am normally on line by 6:00 AM Eastern Time and I do the LR upgrades first.
