What a good paying program !

Dear iwF Members:


As some of you might already know Liberty Reserve SCI/API systems was NOT WORKING for the last 40 hours.


Liberty Reserve has experienced a short outage for several hours due to a faulty border router in their data center 40 hours ago:

This issue was resolved within an hour, BUT

(((Everybody please pay attention to this part)))

The SCI/API system never came back to normal.


LR users can log in their accounts.
LR users can SEND and RECEIVE "MANUAL" payments.

BUT <--- (big but)

SCI/API interfaces are not working...

That means we cannot process our LR payout backlog and new deposits are not added automatically to our system.


I will repeat it another 3 times:

THE PROBLEM LIES IN LIBERTY RESERVE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND NOT IN OUR SITE, SCRIPT OR SERVER.


API error at the moment looks like this:

Error, tried to send 10.75 to LibertyReserve account # U002xxxx. Error: Invalid XML structure

What we gonna do then?


For deposits:

We will MANUALLY add your deposits to your investwithFOREX accounts...
If you make a deposit via LR that was not credited to your account just send a support ticket to us (http://www.investwithforex.com/?a=support) and we will manually add it to your account via bonus.



For Withdrawals:

If this problem persist we will MANUALLY process all withdrawals (a hell of job to do)

Manually processing of payments means:

1) We will log to our LR account.


2) We will MANUALLY perform the payment to a member (this does not use the merchant SCI/API systems)


3) We will set you payment as processed at our program MySQL database wich will AUTOMATICALLY deliver a mail to you mail-box saying:

Payment was made with BATCH N/A



So... If you receive a mail saying:

Payment was made with BATCH N/A is because your payment was manually sent to your LR account, then you should check your LR account history to in order to see the transaction.
