I joined smartmoneywebsites.com about a year ago.

They used to be called SimpleMoneyMachines.com.

Anyhow, I used it for like 3 months, then didn't really do much with it.

A year later they auto rebilled me for $300+. I did not get a notification email before hand.

So I emailed them nicely asking for a refund and cancellation only to be told they will not issue a refund as it's part of their policy!

You would think any web business these days would follow good common sense and issue a refund on request especially if someone is not using the service and they are auto billing smile.gif

just a word of warning. Been trying for 3 weeks to get a refund and nothing. Being replied to by some support person who answers their emails and the owner won't even make contact with me after supplying them my phone number.
