How much time have you invested in building down-lines that disappeared within three to six months?

Recruiting online can be so time consuming and expensive...

Plus, most of the people we recruit never copy the success strategy that we have developed. Worst, they don't stay with the business so that we can earn long term on the time money and effort we had invested in getting them to join.

I have found a solution to this problem. However, I am still interested in learning what you have been doing to solve this recruiting nightmare.

To get new members is harder but once join and to make them ACTIVE that nightmare!

These people who aren't willing to build themselves and their business- and of course, eventually drop out- are what my team calls "Tire-kickers."

What can be done to save yourself and your business team from the frustration and waste that comes with tire-kickers? Weed them out! Design everything- your initial marketing script(s), prospecting, and training system- to appeal to those who are willing to treat the opportunity on a serious level.
