I noticed for accessing exchange section there is need to have 250 posts and 3 months duration.Also it say fro creating new thread it is requied to make upgrade membership.So for creating threads there and accessing section there i need to first have 250 posts and then upgrade my membership,right ?

Huh,it will take years to reach 250 posts.Well better ever then never
