Unique Project seeks investor. The amount the group is looking for is 350k (funds will be tied up for 3 - 5 yrs), this amount will be secure. We are willing to structure up to 3 deal memos to meet the said amount. We are slated for a July 5th opening with all the key elements in place including an award winning staff. This project will take over Boston like no other. Before the new year we had our key investor walk from the project. This was after we drafted the deal memos. His decision for doing so was because he stated he did not know enough about the industry he was investing in. We believe that it may have been part of the reason, but we also feel he may have invested in another food service business which he specializes in.
