I requested withdraw of 3/4 payment and still have not received it. After 24 hours, my pending withdraw went back to my available balance.

I emailed support and received an answer within 30 minutes. Basically, admin apologized and asked me to resubmit request for withdraw. I requested withdraw of 3/4 and 4/4.

At this point, I believe it was a simple glitch and nothing to get worked up about.

I not trying to scare anyone. I'm just updating this forum with my daily progress and interaction with Gold Empire.

On 5/31 and 6/1, I tried and was unable to get my withdraws through.

I finally received and email from Gold Empire on 6/2:

Due to that FBI require us to verify our investors with E-Bullion transactions,
Please provide us with your them valid ID and billing document and proof of your residence.
If we do not receive your documents requested, your Account will be on hold. again We are sorry please understand us

At this time, I was unable to log into my account - it was put on hold. I immediately sent a copy of my ID and a copy of a utility bill. They responded within 10 minutes and said they would forward the information to admin to be checked.

On 6/3 and 6/4 I contacted them through the support page and did not get a reply. Today I sent an email directly to them and they responded within 15 minutes and said they would activate my account. Six hours later I received an email stating my account was now active.

I logged in and requested withdraw - within 30 minutes the withdraw was in my e-Bullion account.

Bottom line - I have more faith in this company. They are obviously following guidelines directed to them by the FBI. e-Bullion is a company that is located and operated within the U.S. and once I provided Gold Empire with what they required everything is back to normal.

If this happens to anyone else, my suggestion would be to provide the necessary documents and be patient. I saw some negative posts on goldpoll and it seemed like they were going through what I just went through. However, they handled it differently - posting negative feedback, calling the program a scam, etc.

I reinvested again so I will keep forum up to date.
