2 pending withdraws...and no reply from support...

I sent a message to support and received a reply in 1 hour, 20 minutes.

This was my message to them :

"Hello,

Now you don't take Egold any more, can I withdraw my Egold earnings ($xxx) and all my Egold deposits ($xxx)?"

Their reply :

"Yes can on Liberti".


So, it appears there's definitely a language problem.
Also, if you have any eGold deposits or earnings you wish to withdraw, you have to do so to LR, allowing for the $1 fee, PLUS 10% deduction, as it's going to a different payment processor.

But, one would have to do it very carefully, making sure you follow instructions exactly.
