Yes it works. I think the website says about 24 hour funding time somewhere on the faq page.

their fees are damn too high - 8%

I have an old card of theirs. Got it about a year ago. Fees where reasonable then at 3-5% and super instant.

Now everyone has sky high prices. The best I found is 4% to bank.

Can't determine legitimacy though.
