I would like to know if anyone can design a system similar to e-gold in Malaysia?

The idea :

Public pays Ringgit Malaysia to buy "new currency" . The new currency's value should be calculated in USD and Euro. The system should be able to open accounts and the system should also be able to generate currencies equavalent to the amount that has been received.

You need to have the system before hand before you can do anything. So do it step by step. First step, Develop the system first.

A good payment system like paypal , egold , or LR cost $30,000 to $100,000 depend on your need.
Unless you're looking for pre-made script, but it's insecure as so many people know where is the bug ther.

I not understand is he want a "e-currency exchange script" or "new payment script" .
