STATUS UPDATE

DavKarSurf and KarenzSurf both continue to do well and continue to grow. I am not as confident however in the industry and its instability within the last 6 months. A key management responsibility of admins is to adapt and change with growth that supports the site that in turn supports its members.

This is required in any business. And those that don't adapt go under or suffer major losses. The US economy is a good example of that. The oil increases not only affect the consumer but all the associated busineses travel, trucking, manufacturers. The housing market and financial crises in the US are other examples. Only businesses that adapt will survive.

I have reduced the maximum upgrade amounts for both sites to $2000. These of course can be changed in the future as the market place changes.

Look for a new script in the near future for DavKarSurf.

I have also asked the programmer to create a script that allows a maximum $ setting for active upgrades per site. I may use this to assist in controlling growth for both sites.

I would like to thank all of you for your continued support of both programs. I believe we have the best members in the surfing community. (I admit I'm a little biased).

Effective today, KarenzSurf no longer will pay commissions on referrals. Any existing referral commissions that have already been awarded and are part of your payout will be paid.

**** KarenzSurf PLAN ENDING 06/30/08 ****

I will be closing the plan for KarenzSurf on June 30th. I have not decided as of yet whether I will introduce a new plan at that time or Close down the site. I would like to hear your thoughts. KarenzSurf has been around since December paying its members well and on time. Your support has always been appreciated.

As a result of this closure of the plan, the following dates are critical to the site:

Effective June 1st

- The sign up of new members will be disabled.
- All banners will be disabled.

Effective July 1st

- All upgrade capability will be disabled.
- All Free members will be deleted.
- The site will continue to remain available

All other activities remain the same. All members will continue to be paid out as they always have.

DavKarSurf will continue to operate and a new script is being created that will allow multiple plans.
