I want to start a business, but awfully I don't have enough capital, so what I need is Investors. I posted this topic for anyone who is interested in my project.
I live in Sabah, Malaysia aka Borneo. This land is full by village peoples with such land that is potentially to be developed as tourist attraction, agriculture development, and food-commercial industries. But many of them don't have the modal or the capital.
What I offer to you is the bright-profit sharing oppoturnity.
1) Land: The land that the project will be develop will be on these village peoples land.
2) Manager: I will manage all the paper-work, and the project.
3) Investors: You will provide the capital to start-on the project.
Total profit minus all overhed cost every month and the balance will be divided by: 20:20:60
Landlord will get 20%
Manager will get 20%
Investors will get 60%
Landlord is easy to find in Borneo. Among them are my friends and my relatives. I have targeted a potential land to be develop at Kundasang. That is located in the area of Mount Kinabalu, not far from the summit, just about 30 minute drive from mount Kinabalu (3rd tallest mountain in Sout-East Asia). I positively think, it has the potential to be developed as tourist attraction, the place is very beautiful and at the edge of a mountain, it has a beautiful secenery.
For anyone who is looking forward to do business with me. I need for about 1000-5000 investors. Y am I need for such many investors? Because, the amount of money you need to invest is not much. If u're a Malaysian, I just need RM100 each, if u're US citizens, I just need for 100USD each, if u're European, I just need for 100Euro each, and if u're UK citizens, I just 100Pound each.. And so on.. This offer is open to any countries worldwide, and the capital you gave me only once in a lifetime, and the profits you will get will go on for a long time..

120,000USD/m divided by 20:20:60.
Landlord will approximitely get 24000USD
Manager will approximitely get 24000USD too
Ivestors 72000USD divided by 5000 = 14.4USD that's 14% from 100USD

Just to let anyone know. Don't give me the money yet. Just book your position, as I've reached the goal of 5000 investors, I will show you the paper work, the land location, how the project will go on and what so-ever you need to know where your money being invested.

Imagine from that resort I opened, opened another resort or restaurant or whatsoever business that's started from your money.. And so on, your investment will go on... Profitable eh?? Imagine, if it's continue for about 10 years.. and I have become Billionaire from the 1st project chain reaction.. Well.. You get shares in my company too..
