I need your help on advertising.
I want to create a money investment forum (like MMG) but for Singaporean ONLY.
Like to know, what is the best advertising that I can get as many Singaporean to join?
My budget about $100 a month.
Right now I only can think two methods; advertise at Local Newspaper and emailcashpro.com
Any suggest?
