We are distinct from CommerceFavored rules and we are not bound by them if ever they allow it. (but we dont see any rule about allowing multiple usernames on that site, multiple deposits yes there is)
Requesting multiple 1st RCB from the same person is not allowed on HyipSCOPE.org. (other montiors also do not allow that)
