Yes if you are sending from Latvian bank account, there will be other bank fee, please contact our support for details. Right now our website software shows bank fees for international bank wires, we are working to improve that so soon we will have other rates for EU and other local transfers.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I was deceived by this company today and I suggest everyone should stay away from it. Even if they are amongst the most expensive on the market I decided to buy 100 LR from them. Before I sent the money I enter the live chat from their website and asked, if I am going to send the Wu transfer in the next 30 minutes, when I will get the LR ? I was answered that in a matter of hours I will have my LR account credited.
I went ahead and sent 130$ (30$ HUGE fee) by WU and as I promised in 30 minutes i sent the WU details to them. After more than 6 hours of waiting i decided to contact the Live support again only to find out that I will get my LR , the next day!!! The operator motivated that the banks were closed. Even if it's a total lie (most of the banks close at 7pm in Russia and post office close at 8 pm ) why did they lied to me I will get the LR in a matter of hours?
http://www.wm-center.com is a total rip off. I have serious concerns that I will get any LR at all...stay away from them and save your money!

Regrading previous message. The client gave us MTCN when it was evening in chosen location for him, so, it was hard to pick it up the same day. Our receiver tried, but had not found any working WU. Post office doesn't work with WU there. As for timing, it can take from 1 to 20 hours depending on time a client sends us transfer's info to buy e-currency via WU.

But the client sent it not after 30 minutes, as he wrote in chat! He sent after an hour and 40 minutes! That's why he had to wait more. If he would send it in time, it would be done the same day. So mr. cohon3s, before crying "rip-off", you got to start with thinking about your words first.

I don't know what you are talking about? They are in my opinion the best exchange service out there and I would never use anyone else again For me they were very fast and professional in all of my Buy orders and Exchange orders. They filled all of my buy orders within 8 hours. I mean extremely fast compared to the other so called more popular exchanges
that took some days to fund my account and then they took a long time to answer my emails. Anyway I am sorry for your bad experience but I cannot agree with you because I have had such a great experience with them and will continue to use them and I encourage others to use them as well

I am trying to get into the spanish site to check an order and it wont come up either.

This is a great exchanger and has always filled my orders in a very timely manner. People have to remember that we are not all
on the same time zone and so fulfilling orders can take a bit of time...but i have never waited more than 24 hours...which is awesome.

I placed an order on May 21, 2012 that still has not been paid (Order #88934). I have not received a reesponse to my last message sent on Thursday, June 7, 2012. I have been told to wait that they are working on it, but I am not receiving any answers. I am very concerned at this point. I would like to receive a response from WM-Center.

Wm-Center has definitely been off their game. These guys are fine at first to reel you in as a customer but the more money you send, the more delay issues they have. For smaller amounts, they are fine. Regardless if your site is down or not, you need to send an email to those pending customers letting them know of the status. You state that your still completing orders. If that's the case, then send the completed order details to the customer instead of having them wait until your little site is backup and running. Crazy with these exchangers. You can never find one that is on top of everything every time. BTW, your Spanish version does NOT work. Get that fixed as well or your going to lose more customersjava script:bbc_pop().

Ya they were great at first. I thought I finally found a service who knew what they were doing but turns out they probably don't have a good backup bankroll to process orders in a timely fashion. They do come up with some whacked excuses once a delay happens.

I want to inform you of the following:

A couple of hours I received my order payment via WU.

My order was processed after 36 hours of having started it, they sent me the money within 12 hours (first time) but when I went to pick up WU informed me that the shipment had been canceled and money returned to WM-Center . (without explination)
After 24 hours (total 36) received payment through WU.

I want to clarify that at any moment I could talk to support staff, however the answers they gave me made ​​me doubt sometimes because they gave no concrete answers.

This shows that the DDoS attack does not interfere with the completion of orders, so do not understand why they are delaying.

WM-Center must understand that we are not "crying" for our orders, must first treat us with respect because we are your customers and pay for your services.* Secondly you must understand that many of us have been scammed recently, in my case ebuygold, a company that had spent years working with excellent service, low costs and one day simply disappeared with our money.

The most important asset you have is not money, are the customers and to keep your business growing need to provide confidence and should not minimize the problem by saying that we are whiners.

I have a lot of unfinished order from WM- CENTER. For 2 order I have the status "completed" on his part - but I still not recived my money, but the last was not completed, not paid from wm-center (order number 95583 - 2923 usd !!!)

I understand that you have stress with the ddoss attack - but I really can not understand this delay with the wire payment. Your bank account is ddossed too ????!!! Why you not completed my last order as usually in some hours, australia time?

Something is not ok in wm-center - I cant understand what happens. I say to all, beware do another order until I not recive my money. When I recive (if I recive) I will post here the payment details.

P.s I am a loyal customer - but money is money and time is time for all - and if you will be a professional company with professional services, than you must be professional that mean especially quick payment, with NO DELAY !
