i cant transfer my ebullion usd ecurrency , why?
i have $333

this error show when i want transfer :

MESSAGE: Error #TFR715: There has been an error in processing your transaction. Please contact Customer Assistance through your secure Bull Horn Message Center for more information.

please help me, thanks

This happens if your ebullion account is compromised. Just call them and they will let you know. You may have to buy cryptocard.

I think it is around $100. You have to login to your ebullion account and order for cryptocard.

It's applied on safety measures. Seems there's no like AccSent pin in ebullion so cryptocard act to secure your login via particular code that you need to enter upon login based on the card that contain that code that will be delivered to you once you have ordered it.

i think crytocard is only available is certain countries correct?

Our company account met this problem no long ago.I sent email to ebullion company,they haven't replied,but the account can transfer in the next day.

I think it is the system problem.
