Don't use this forum guys. The admin Tropical Consulting scammed me. He posted an exchange of e-gold to e-bullion. Since it was my first exchange I paid first and PM'd the details. I sent another PM a few days later but still no reply. When I finally posted asking where my money was the thread was deleted and I was banned.

Hi, sorry for the delay in replying. I joined EMF after seeing a banner for it. I had a look around and thought it looked great. I had a decent amount of E-gold that I wanted to exchange for Liberty Reserve or E-bullion since my debit card was charging a fortune to use E-gold.

I saw that Tropical Consulting (the forum's Admin) had a thread requesting $1000 E-bullion for $1000 E-gold. Since I had just joined and it was a large amount I sent a PM rather than post saying I could do it for him. He replied giving his E-gold number and asked for my E-bullion. I sent the $1000 in E-gold and PM'ed him the payment details and my E-bullion account.

After 2 days with no reply or money I PM'ed him again asking if he got the E-gold ok and posted in the thread the payment with the account numbers blanked out. Another few days went by and still nothing so I posted in the thread asking when I would be paid. Within a minute or 2 the thread was deleted and I was logged out. The system now has no record of my username.

Below is my e-gold payment details. I'd like to thank Adex for trying for me but how can Tropical Consulting say he knows nothing when all he needs to do is check his E-gold account. I'm sure it is fine exchanging with other members in EMF but until I am paid and an apology given then the Admin is a scammer to me.

I'd be siding with Kazzy here Tropical Consulting banned me from his/her/their forum too and all I had the temerity to do was offer an alternative (HONEST) service.

After all I thought it was a general purpose e-currency exchange forum- not their personal pack of crap.

As a further comment - anyone offering special deals of one to one to exchange egold is either an idiot or a scammer.

E-gold is not reversable - we know that. But e-gold is difficult to get out. So when someone encourages you to spend you e-gold at a low fee and they will pay you in whatever - Consider - how are THEY going to get the e-gold out.

We offer 8.5% on e-gold exchanges and this is one of the lowest legitimate rates out there.

I don't know guys. I think he is trustable. I had exchanged with him many times. I have been a member of Exchange Money Forum for a while now. I have made about $50. And the Admin has paid me. I don't believe he is a scammer. He has paid me before and I know I can trust my own experience.
