I like this program more and more when I look at it however I'm failing to see how this is going to financially benefit people other than the top 2-3 on the DLB list. It looks like it would take a long time time to even be at the break-even point if I were to join today unless I concentrated on building this opportunity outside of this DLB. I'm not looking for a free lunch from anywhere but this build doesn't seem to me to be beneficial with the exception of the first few on the list and even then you would have to do 62.5% of the recruiting required to fill a matrix outside of the teambuild.
Please enlighten me as to how this benefits those of us that would just be getting in now. Last 5 split profits of $200 and from the streadsheet there are 5 before those 5 yet to receive a referral to get the FSB's. Also, once we get the FSB's where is the $21.00 matrix money accrued supposed to be sent? I see the $81 in FSB's more than fair enough for compensation and forfeiting 1st month's regular commissions of $21. Is this company policy or the policy of the DLB and we send the $21 to you to use for the DLB. I looked around before asking and didn't see the details of that issue covered anywhere. Not trying to be a downer, only realistic. I fully understand these things take time but I simply don't have the extra income right now to pay $56 month after month and wait a year or more to maybe be at the point where that fee is covered. Also, is there an additional plan suggested to fill the remaining 62.5% of the downline not covered from this DLB other than the hopes of comapany/upline spillover? I like the new trial offer which could help outside advertising but that is not permitted here, right? I would think it would be useless to the team to allow someone to join up, be given to the next in line, only to see them drop out after the trial and leave gaps. But with this team build we all work for the team and every one benefits and the idea is every one in the team spreads the word about this team build, if every one joins and sit idle thinking that the team will give them referrals and build their team it is not going to work. We don't say every one should join this team build and work hard and recruit, he may well do if he joins independently, but if every one puts his 5% effort and start spreading the word about this team build I dont see any reason why this should fail. Yes this is not going to work if you expect just one or two to work and build the team, so this team build is in the hands of its members and not the one who started this team build. It is upto you guys to make this strong and popular, I and stross are managing it for you
RG, yes I agree with you everyone should help with the team build and I appreciate what you and Stros have done.
I have been promoting the banner and psoting on forums but it is a little more difficult to get a new group of people to visit a forum rather than a splash page.  I'll be more than happy to do solo ads for a splash page when we get one.
