I'm not sure if PayPay is appropriate for HYIPs and Autosurfs as payment processor per ce, but there are few useful features that people might like.
One can, for instance, send and receive International bank wires. Another one I like is that the account is loadable with credit card.
Importantly, the fees are really decent.

I've been using them for a couple of years now actually, but mostly for wire transfers.
I even bought their shares, grew in value significantly.

They are very reliable indeed.

Are there any verification procedures? What are they?

Looks very decent though.

Looking stable and reliable. Never tried this one. Will have to try this one.
