The U.A.E. Pension Investment takes out a private pension policy at your name. So you will receive a normal insurance policy along with an assignment declaration
which you soon have to send back - signed and subscribed when received, together with a certified copy of your identity card - to the holding company in
Dubai.

What does distinguish the U.A.E. Pension Investment?

The concluded insurance sum of U.A.E. Pension Investment is amounted to a total of € 300.000,--. Through your premature assignment declaration you will
get a compensation payment of € 80.000,--. Additionally you will get € 3.000,-- as a commission fee for each sponsored member finally to your sixths downline
level. The total membership is limited to 50.000, so that in all a very fast expiry can be occur.

Costs and duties for member?

To register as a member for U.A.E. Pension Investment the member has to pay € 51,-- only once. This contains every administrative and transactional costs.
The only duty arising for the member is the truthfully information of required personal information. Through assignment declaration all rights and duties
of the insurance policy will be transfered to the holding company of U.A.E. Pension Investment, so that no additional payments will be necessary.

Safety for member

While the insurance policy as well as the assignment declaration are not known so far, its wording is not verified legally at this time. Registering as
a member a legally binding signature is not necessary whereby no contract will be achieved. Ensuring that the insurance policy and the assignment declaration
will not cause financial damage € 1,-- of the membership fee will be lumped together. From this when the total membership will be reached a lawyer who
is specialized in international insurance law will be instructed to prove these documents for the purposes of members. All members then will be notified
of the reviews result via email. Therefore a maximum financial damage is limited to € 51,- for each member. As the amount for the lawyer´s fee will not
spend the € 50.000,-- which will be in the pod later the rest will be donated in aid of i.g. Stefanie Graf foundation "children for tomorrow" and/or SOS
Kinderdorf.

Compensation payment

The compensation payment of € 80.000,-- will be paid after the insurance policy will be ceded to the U.A.E. Pension Investments holding company. There are
two models how to get paid:
- payment at your existing bank account
- A bank account in Dubai will be opened where the money will be transferred to. In addition you will get a credit card which offers you to draw money from
every worldwide cash dispenser accepting credit cards.

Important: All income out of the U.A.E. Pension Investment is taxable.

Sponsoring / commission fees

Everyone who will sponsor a new member will get a commission fee of € 3.000,-- for each new member. This commission fee will be paid till the sixth downline
level; even if the member sponsored by you will sponsor a new member by itself you will get these commission fees as far as the new sponsored member will
be registered inside your six downline levels.
As a bonus the 20 top sponsors will be awarded with a journey for two weeks at the Emirates Palace in Dubai including € 10.000,-- pocket money.

There is no duty to sponsor. Rather it is a possibility or opportunity. The compensation payment is independent of sponsoring so that the member who does
not sponsor also will get the compensation payment.

How does the registration work?

First of all fill in the registration form completely and send it to the indicated email-address. Subsequently transfer the single membership subscription
as described as „transfer of subscription“.

What happens after the registration?

As soon as your membership payment will be received (this can take up to one week) you will receive a confirmation email about your registration. This contains
a link to your membership-website. Please have your login-data (existing of username and password which both you have chosen by yourself) ready. With these
data you can easily login at the U.A.E. Pension Investments website and you will get an overview of your sponsored members plus some more information.

What will happen when all 50.000 members will be registered?

Once the total membership will be reached all members will receive their individual insurance policy including the assignment declaration and together with
an additional document. In this additional document simply mark with a cross how you want to receive your compensation payment plus commission fees. Sign
the insurance policy and subscribe the assignment declaration. You will get respective directions in the member area in time. To cover your own safety
make a copy of all completed documents and send the original copy together with a certified copy of your identity card or passport to the return address
(to Dubai).

How and when will the payment take place?

Once your documents will be arrived in Dubai 1-2 more weeks will pass. During this time a bank account will be opened for you in Dubai (provided you have
chosen this model in the additional document) and you will get a credit card to be used worldwide. If you should have chosen the transfer at your existing
bank account, a bank account in Dubai will not be opened and you will not get a credit card. The transfer then will follow during 1-2 weeks as well.

There is something odd about this site:

The Arabic words at the top of the page are written backwards! They're supposed to be written from right to left as all Semitic languages are written this way, but on this site, the Arabic words are written from left to right just like the way English and romance languages are written. This is strange. I wonder if the people who run this site can speak and write Arabic? If so, they would notice this basic error.

Here is how it's supposed to be written in Arabic:

Hello everyone!

At this moment we have 3,709 registered members and 1604 active members. Those who have not activated your registration making the payment of 51 euros,
it is good in your area, check how many days remaining members so that you can make your activation. Those who do not activate your registration to the
date established, will have its registration canceled and will no longer be allowed to return to the program. Below follows a statement made by Zeus, how
to proceed at the time of activation of his registration:

“First, Login to UAE. In the back office, click on the "payment options" tab. At the bottom of the page, you will see the section that says "charge your
account from e-bullion" and it shows you the exchange rate from Euro's to USD and after that will be what you want to transfer from e-bullion. Now that
amount from the line that says "transfer from e-bullion" can be changed if you need to but if you're ok with the amount that they say, then hit the gold
box that says "pay with e-bullion".

After you have paid with e-bullion and the transaction was successful, hit the "return to merchant" tab. Now click the home tab and in the Statistics
box you will see the "activate" box and the balance you have in euros. It should be 51 euro. If for some reason you show less than 51 euro, it might mean
that the exchange rate between the USD and the Euro has changed at the moment you were processing your membership. This is not a problem as this happened
to me and this is what I did:

Go back to the "payment options" tab and where it says "transfer from e-bullion" change the figure and add a dollar or 2 or whatever you might need to have
enough instead of the $72 or so that it says, then click on the "pay with e-bullion" tab. After you finish doing that and the transaction was successful,
click the "return to merchant" link. Now when you go to your home page in the back office, you'll have enough e-bullion and you can click the "activate"
button. After that, it will say:

State Active

and that's it!! You should be in at that point.”

In the latest past there were some questions coming up frequently, so that the initiators have drew up current top news for you, we like to inform you of
like following:

Extension of membership:
Right now there is a new deadline: the 31st of December 2008!
This date is and will stay absolutely binding!

In this connection please read the following news:
What will happen if the whole membership of 50.000 members will not has been reached till the 31st of December 2008?

Concerning this you should know first of all that a firm pension program like this can only go well regarding the settlement, once a certain minimum number
of members is available. To that as first conferences were approaching there were many tedious processes and negotiations by the initiators necessary.
Because this program as a whole viewing runs into billions, it should be clear for everybody that this is linked with certain terms and conditions.

Once there should not be exactly 50.000 active members until the 31st of December 2008 the program would be closed, because further negotiations by the
initiators are impossible and out of question.

Once again to remind:
an active member only will get the status shown as active when the single payment has been made.

Why the deadline has been put off from the 31st of July 2008 to the 31st of December 2008?
At present there are nearly about 5.600 members registered in the system while about 3.400 shown as active. To ensure that the program will actually and
in time reach all 50.000 active members, a single extension was caused.

Why are no more than 50.000 members allowed?
Because the negotiations are long ago already settled with a final decision - namely that this program generally could go the way online.

Or in other words:
it alredy is available, in fact right from the beginning and further for nearly everybody!

Which changes/modifications else will come up?
Regarding the only one time changed deadline: there definitely will be no single change!
Also there won't be any additional contracts per member!

Annotations & remarks
At first we'd like to ask you (repeated) for forwarding this information to your downline members - please also by advising that a regular look at the U.A.E.
Pension Funds' members area can be helpful to inform oneself about latest news.

We, the support team, always see that many questions repeat and recur that usually should already be clarified.

Please note that like mentioned above there definitely won't be a second extension, meaning past the 31st of December 2008. Nevertheless the chance stays
for everybody the same; this is at least what many active members think about.

Last but not least:
Please keep cool! On the one hand 50.000 members are not easily to enrol. On the other hand these 50.000 members are not an excessively high number.
A structure/matrix does not develop itself exponentially high right from the beginning, but initially requires for a certain solid basis regarding the number
of members. Once this basis will be reached the membership will drastically grow.

Should I join UPI? How many members are there now and do you think they will reach the 50,000 targeted contracts?

Actually, UPI is paying out in 4 batches of 12,500 each. The current contract count is around 8500, leaving 4000 to go. So, there are plenty of contracts left . Hope this helps.

At first, I thought UAE had some substance in their program that is why I becom a member. But unfortunately, the latest update made me certain that they are just playing the "RPP game".

The major things that made me think more to the "no way they will conclude this program", are:

1. Moving the deadline ONE YEAR further.
2. Very poor english. If they are managing such program, they should know business english much better.
3. Blaming the members for the delay, not beeing able to find and sign more people. It is their responsibility to conclude this program, not ours.
4. Reffering to other programs.

In my opinion there are other programs around wich are serious indeed. But unfortunately UAE is not one of them.
