How can I protect myself from cheating and scammers?
I would like to try shopping with moneybookers.
But as I know, MB has no charge back policy.
How can I shopping with MB?
Has it protection policy for buyers?
Please advise me.

The above claim is false unless you prove it right. MoneyBookers is really for person 2 person transfers. Maybe you just hit your transaction limit which is a logical case. but I had never got my account blocked. Greetings

in fact, MB is not supported much in the online shopping biz. You can use paypal instead.
