As we grew, more and more people became aware of the fact that with our strategic cycling plan this was the perfect vehicle for anyone to support the Diamond Cash Club positions that they had purchased on other team builds. Our intention is to supplement, or increase, but not to replace what went before. We do not condone anyone abandoning previous positions to join our team.

Diamond Cash Club’s generous compensation plan, when combined with team Phoenix Rising’s unique HOT target strategy, makes PhoenixRising the team to join. The Phoenix Rising strategy operates most efficiently to cycle one member out of the diamond target whenever a MAXIMUM of 46 new members join our team. When it is your turn to cycle out of the diamond target, the whole team joins together to deliver a maximum of 46 new members to help you cycle.

Diamond Cash Club provides the perfect foundation for this type of team build. It has overcome the reasons most programs stall. Most programs require a monthly payment to stay active. An active recruiter often finds that they are continually replacing their members who do not keep up their dues. That won't happen here. A one-time payment is all that is required so recruiting one member in the DiamondCashClub program is like recruiting 20 in most others. All you need is 2 personal referrals to qualify. With your $220 payment you receive a voucher for $300 in gemstones. When you cycle through the first sapphire target you get your initial payment back, $200. When you cycle through the diamond target you receive your $8000 plus your choice of either $6000 worth of diamonds OR a further $6,000 in cash. Then you are placed back on the diamond target to cycle again and again, each time receiving a further cash payment of $8,000.

To really help our members succeed the Phoenix Rising team have developed a strategy that has put the Diamond Cash Club program into overdrive, thus turning it into a long-term viable business enterprise that will ensure cycling long into the future.

Online business success is available to anyone who joins our team and agrees to abide by our simple rules, as follows:

1. By joining our program you agree to follow our rules.

2. Failure to follow our rules will have your position dead-ended in our next-in-line program and you will receive no further assistance from our team.

3. To gain maximum benefit from our business strategy, you must join from a link on the HOT target. You will find the HOT target located at our team forum. Joining the HOT target is what speeds up the process for our team members. Our system has significantly reduced the number of members that need to be recruited in order for each successive member to cycle from the sapphire target to the diamond target. Click here to access our website and lern how you can claim your position on the HOT target.

4. You may purchase as many positions as you would like so long as they are all on the HOT target. Make sure that you clearly state which positions you are claiming. You have 2 hours within which to complete your transactions or the links will be returned to the HOT target. If you encounter a delay you must immediately contact one of the HOT target administrators so we can assist you in joining. Before you claim a spot on the HOT target make sure that you read the complete post to ensure that someone else has not already claimed that position before you join. If you end up being a 3rd referral under any one position it could negatively impact where you end up on the team list. If you want to make sure that you have reserved the next available spot, you may state in the post that you are claiming the next HOT link after (here you will insert the name of the post just before yours.) This will reserve your place in line, so if someone jumps in ahead of you, your name will go ahead of theirs on the team list thereby ensuring that you cycle out of the diamond target ahead of the line-jumper. From the time you post that you are claiming the next HOT link you have 10 minutes to post the name of that specific HOT link, and then you have 2 hours to complete your sign-up.

5. As soon as you become a member you must immediately go into your back office and turn on the forwarding feature. This is a feature that will ensure that you do not end up with more than 2 personal referrals. If by some chance you end up with more than 2 personal referrals, the extra members will not be supported by the team build. So, please make sure that this does not happen. On our team, it is a huge disadvantage to promote any link other than the link to this website. Signing up under the wrong link will cause you to incur significant penalties in terms of where you go in the cycling process.

6. Here is how you turn on the forwarding feature. Log into your back office, click on Change Details from the menu at the top. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and where it says, “Spillover is currently� make sure the toggle is set to the on position. Then click submit.

7. When your position cycles out of the sapphire target and you earn $200, you may choose to keep the funds. You are not required to reinvest it in the business. However, if you choose to reinvest you may do so. Using the proceeds from your first cycle to purchase a position on the next HOT target really speeds up the cycling process and cycles our members to the diamond target 12 and a half percent faster. In addition, by purchasing a new link on the next HOT target, you now have an additional position that is placed very high on the team list, that will receive lots of member support, because every time a maximum of 46 new members join us, another one cycles out of diamond and purchases 10 new positions after yours. It doesn't just happen the first time they cycle. It happens every time they cycle. Our members are going to be a team of very wealthy people.

8. When you cycle out of the diamond target, you will be expected to reinvest at least 25% of your $8,000 earnings. Between each diamond cycle there will be a maximum of 8 sapphire targets that we will be completing in order to cycle our next member out of the diamond target. Your 10 new positions must be placed on these targets.

If you do not want to purchase a total of 10 new positions yourself there are ways of creatively using those funds to benefactor new members to help your team grow. In any event, to ensure the long-term financial health of your new business, you must reinvest 25% of your earnings. To do otherwise would be fiscally irresponsible. If you were running a bricks and mortar business you would not think twice about the need to spend part of your gross earnings to maintain the core of your business. The same applies to this business. The most valuable assets in this business are your downline, your target team-mates and your personal business centers of which you will have many.

9. All members must agree to promote this PhoenixRising website, and not their own individual links, ensuring that they have turned the forwarding feature on prior to promoting. (Points 5 and 6 above.)

10. Members must make every effort to recruit at least 2 new members. This, combined with the requirement to reinvest in your business together with our unique HOT target strategy is what will generate a long-term income for all of us. Experience in this program has demonstrated that the keys to success are a strong team who understand what the rules are, together with effective strategy implementation, flexibility and good communication. I have been a small business owner for over 20 years and in that time I have continued to have to reinvest in my business to keep my business thriving. We do have several members on the PhoenixRising team who are members on other DCC teams. The PhoenixRising team was started initially because of its strategic placing among builders on another team. A secondary reason for the existence of PhoenixRising is to support the positions that we have that are on the main team as well as those who are waiting NIL to get their 2 referrals. PhoenixRising was spawned because of the main team, and it is critical that we continue to support that team.

Initially, I had posted that whenever anyone cycles out of the diamond target on the PhoenixRising team that they would be requested to add 2 of their 10 reinvestment positions to the main team. If you are not a member of the main team, you are not obliged to do this. However, my plan is to add a minimum of 2 positions to the main team on top of my 10 reinvestment positions in PhoenixRising. As I cycle out of my main team positions, I will be reinvest at least 25% of my earnings back into the the NIL team from those positions and will not be likely to supplement PhoenixRising from there.

The success of the main team is what has made PhoenixRising possible. To continue with our success it is important to ensure that we maintain that solid foundation.

Well said, Nancy. The PhoneixRising team has developed a solid business plan based on how best to cycle its members out of the diamond target, not just get them to the diamond target. The methodology was developed in the most honest and ethical way -- focusing on cycling its members out of the diamond by the date order in which they joined the team. So it's fair and leaves nobody behind.

Over 20 people joined yesterday, and 3 sapphire targets were sent to the diamond! Since the focus is on the diamond target, each person who joins will get their turn to cycle out of the diamond regardless of where they might be on the sapphire target.

I, also, will never forget my obligations in the main team build. I now have several different downlines, and I will continue to support all of them. Being in more than one team or having spots in more than one downline just diversifies and increases your chance for success with DCC. Our teammates from the main team on the current hot target just added 3 new members. One more and the Laura target joins Iluvtigers on the diamond target.

In developing our strategy we have recognized the importance of good communication with people from other teams who share our targets. We let them know when the target that they are on is going to be sent to diamond so that it gives them an opportunity to keep from being jumped by us. They in turn let us know when they add new members to the target so we can adjust our HOT target requirements appropriately.

This results in greater success for all of us, and ends up reducing the number of "new" members that we need on our team to cycle our current HOT target out of the diamond target.

So far this is moving like clockwork.

Well it doesn't matter if you are already in DCC. The Phoenix Rising team and concept is a great one and will not hurt your present DCC position. In fact, it will only enhance it as when we cycle we can put 2 under our original DCC position along with the others to push Phoenix Rising! Anyone and everyone should join us! I am glad I did and am pushing Phoenix Rising team without taking away from my promotion efforts of my original DCC position.

Thank you for your comments and support. This team is indeed growing fast, but it has been in the development stages now for a few weeks during which time the growth has been controlled but steady. Up to now, our emphasis has not been on meteoric growth, but on ensuring that we have put in place a structure that will help to sustain growth and and more importantly, income for all of our members for years to come.

As mentioned by other members, it is our aim to foster a climate of open discussion and communication. Our basic plan has been implemented, and while we are open to change, the one thing that will remain constant is our commitment to the team approach and our requirement for all members to reinvest on cycling out of the diamond target to support those who helped them achieve their goals.

For those of you sitting on the sidelines, there is no better team to join. Check out the PhoenixRising forums, ask any questions you might have, but get in!!

This is an active, forward-thinking team. We welcome all comments and questions. This is a team where your input is really important to the team leader and the mods. Not sure?? Let me give you a brief summary of what has happened:

PhoenixRising was born because of a unique opportunity to start a new team sandwiched between 2 large builders (we share the same sapphire targets). So it was started under iluvtigers.

Iluvtigers cycled out of sapphire to the diamond board on July 22 and moved up 3 levels to become the center of the diamond on August 24. The team has now cycled several sapphire targets in a matter of a few days (with the help of others on our targets --- THANKS, BONNIE!!). This diamond target now needs only 2 to cycle out of the diamond. Great teamwork is what has propelled iluvtigers along the path to success (and earnings!!). And the 25% reinvestment requirement will keep the team moving.

So if you are looking for a team where each member is cycled out of the diamond in a fair and ethical manner (by date they joined the team), then this is the place for you.

Please do check us out. When Paulette says that we will cycle out of the diamond target in a fair and ethical manner, that is exactly how it will work. That is also the reason that we built the foundation of this team before we advertised. We wanted to ensure that our plan was not going to be thwarted by external forces such as other DCC members who share our targets. To our great surprise and pleasure, because we kept our target mates informed about our plans, they recognized that it was to their advantage to qualify their positions and keep pace with our fast movement. A true win/win situation.

The other thing that will speed up our cycling as we grow, is the fact that our disciplined approach will prevent leapfrogging, which would otherwise cause certain targets to stall until the downline cycled and rejoined their upline. Because of that, we should see faster paced recycling of those who cycle out of the diamond target which means more reinvestment to support those who have pushed us through. Remember, our team rules, require a mandatory reinvestment every time we cycle. Not just the first time through.

Yes, I can. During the initial planning stages, we recongized that one of the things that a lot of teambuilds encountered problems with was when builders joined their team and did their own thing. This always seems to cause problems like leapfrogging.

Our team structure has been designed to benefit every single member, but we also recognized that a builder who brings in a large team should be rewarded for his efforts particularly if he complies with our team structure so that the members he brings in do not gain an advantage over the rest of the team.

The rize positions were all donated by the lady who owns the DiamondsRUs position in our upline. She requested that some of them be used as benefactor positions, some be allowed to cycle out of the diamond target, and some be reserved for builders who qualify by bringing in a team of at least 30 to be added to our team all at the same time, according to our rules.

Almost all of the rize positions are fully qualified, and all are among the top 40 positions on our team, which means that they will probably all cycle out of the diamond target before year end and depending on our growth, likely faster.

So, the bottom line is if you know a builder or someone who would likely qualify for one of these positions, it would benefit the builder, the builder's team and our team. There are several Rize positions available, and we will consider all enquiries.

I don't believe any team build has incorporated this feature before us. If the rize positions are not claimed at least 5 of them will be allowed to cycle out of diamond and all 200 positions will be reinvested at the end of the team build, thereby creating more opportunities for builders, promotional positions and benefactored spots.

Stop and think about it for a minute and you will realize that whether these spots are claimed by builders or allowed to cycle it will create an advantage to our team members that has never before been offered on a team build.

Is it true you have one of the Rize positions sitting on a Diamond target?

Why don't you just let that cycle? It seems you're waiting for a "big builder" to snap up this fantastic position.

What if one doesn't show up anytime soon? Will you allow that position to cycle and then apply the cash to build up the Team even more?

How many rize positions are there? If only one cycled without an owner it would contribute 40 new positions to the team. That would send at least 5 to diamond, depending upon the situation. If those 40 positions cycled each contributing 70 new positions (because of the new $14,000 payout) that would be incredible!
