I just re-upgraded with the combined pending balances of 2 investments. One was to expire of the 24th and the next on the 25th.
So I missed 2 and 3 days respectively since the day before it expires that the final payment is added.
I also upgraded of the 21st surfed but missed 3 days on this third investment.
I hope J. Fox recognizes 1 or 2 mistakes may happen and to leave a special system to report these problems clearly and concisely.
But I am not sure how he is doing it so I wish he luck in fixing it all.

Cbconti - very excellent post. I'm sure most people have no idea what an admin of an autosurf has to go through especially one as big as 14DHS. We are all really fortunate that this program still exists and it only does because we have an admin as dedicated as Jfox that is willing to put in the time and the effort to make it work. And then on top of that to have people complain? Honestly some folks are beyond me. I understand that money can make people crazy sometimes but if you really step back and look at the situation you will realize exactly what Jfox and the A-team are doing and I for one am very grateful and I know alot of others in this thread agree with me.

Until JFox tells us that ALL corrections have been made to our accounts please don't worry about what's showing in your account. Go ahead and surf and upgrade if you want to. JFox has told us he will make all corrections, but that it will take him 3 days to do this. The 3 days are not up. We are not even certain now if the 3 days started yesterday or start today. I'm inclined to believe it starts today, because I think he was just so exhausted and frustrated yesterday that he didn't get as much done as he had anticipated. Remember, he is human, believe it or not.
Regardless, we do know that the work is ongoing. So questions about how your account is still not correct cannot be answered at this time. Once JFox has told us all corrections have been made, if you still have issues with your account, I'm sure he will then entertain questions and support tickets to fix any few that remain.
